IKV Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Çiğdem Nas, attended and shared her opinions at Turkish Industry and Business Association’s (TÜSİAD) “Future of Türkiye-EU Relations In the New Period” meeting on 13 April 2023. At the meeting organized by TUSIAD Global Politics Forum, the participants shared the main problems in Türkiye-EU relations, solution offers and their expectations for the future. Assoc. Prof. Nas emphasized the importance of reviving Türkiye-EU relations and drew attention to the changes in global politics and economy.

Assoc. Prof. Nas emphasized the need to update Türkiye's relations with the EU and stated that convergence can be achieved through the change in trade policy, acceleration of investments, and compliance with green and digital transformations, and that the momentum towards the membership goal can be regained in the long run.
