IKV organised a training seminar on the “Green Deal” on 28 January 2023. At the event organised in association with the Rotary Club, the opening speech was made by the Kocaeli Chamber of Industry Assembly President Hasan Tahsin Tuğrul. IKV Chairman Ayhan Zeytinoğlu delivered a speech in which he evaluated the European Green Deal and its effects on Türkiye, as well as Türkiye-EU relations and the modernisation of the Customs Union. IKV Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Çiğdem Nas made a presentation on the general framework, scope and roadmap of the European Green Deal. The event, which was attended by the members of Ataşehir, Çekmeköy, Yahya Kaptan and Galata Rotary Clubs, proceeded in a question-and-answer format.
