On 4 May 2021, IKV and Marmara University Institute of European Studies organised a webinar on “Turkey’s Perspective on the Design of Europe around the Concept of Comprehensive and Cooperative Security" on the occasion of 9 May Europe Week. In the webinar moderated by Marmara University Institute of European Studies Director Prof. Muzaffer Dartan, Ambassador Rauf Engin Soysal analysed concept of European security with particular focus on the OSCE and talked about Turkey’s contributions in European security. The wbinar ended with a Q-A session.
