IKV Istanbul EU Information Centre organised a photo exhibition and a panel entitled “Human Rights in the Age of Technology”, on the occasion of the 70^th anniversary of Universal Declaration of Human Rights. During the panel moderated by IKV Vice Chairman Prof. Halûk Kabaalioğlu, Prof. Bertil Emrah Oder from Koç University, Özlem Armağan from Özyeğin University and Mehmet Bedii Kaya from Yıldırım Beyazıt University participated in as panellists.

During the panel in which human rights in the age of technology was discussed; human rights issues caused by algorithms, problems that come along with services which provide convenience to our lives and the need for privacy-based design for products were addressed.
