The Permanent Delegate of Türkiye to the EU, Ambassador Yaprak Balkan, paid a courtesy visit to IKV on 5 January 2026, just before taking up her post in Brussels. Ambassador Balkan met with IKV Chairperson Ayhan Zeytinoğlu, IKV Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Çiğdem Nas, and IKV Deputy Secretary General M. Gökhan Kilit. During the visit, the Foundation’s areas of work and potential avenues for cooperation were discussed.
