IKV İstanbul EU Information Centre, in cooperation with Ataşehir Municipality and the EU Delegation to Türkiye, brought generations together on 21 September 2026 at the “Barrier-Free Mobility and Empathy Track” event organised as part of European Mobility Week.

European Mobility Week activities began their third day with the theme “Generations Meet”. Members of the Ataşehir Youth Parliament played games and danced with students at the Ataşehir Children’s Campus to encourage mobility.

Subsequently, as IKV İstanbul EU Information Centre, we brought together members of the Ataşehir Youth Parliament with individuals with disabilities and their families, and carried out sports activities, accessible mobility games and awareness-raising activities at the Ataşehir Children’s Campus Empathy Track.

Afterwards, within the scope of this year’s European Mobility Week theme, “Intergenerational Justice”, members of the Ataşehir Youth Parliament came together with residents of Ataşehir Municipality’s 30 Ağustos Emekliler Evi and had a conversation with them.
