The IKV brief entitled “EU Sanctions on Russia and Türkiye’s Position” authored by IKV Junior Researcher Tunç İbrahim Ceylan was published as part of IKV Brief series. The brief note focuses on the role of sanctions in international politics. Then, sanctions as a tool of EU foreign policy and sanctions imposed on Russia are explained in detail.
