IKV Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Çiğdem Nas gave an online seminar titled “A Long and Thin Road: the EU and Türkiye From Past to Present” within the program of Bruxircle 2023 on 9 March 2023. Giving a speech at the event attended by member students from various universities, Assoc. Prof. Nas focused on the historical background of the current position in the relations between Türkiye and the EU, the relations based on Association Agreement, the customs union, the application for full membership, the beginning of the candidacy and accession negotiations, the problems in the relations and the proposed solutions. The seminar ended with the Q/A session.
