In order to minimise the negative effects of climate change, it is of great importance to limit global warming to 1.5°C. However, the world should be rendered climate-neutral by the middle of the century in order to achieve this goal. Hence, several countries, institutions and organisations, especially the EU, continue to put forward many policies and strategies towards achieving a climate neutral world.

The publication aims to analyse the negative effects caused by climate change and the global climate policies put forth by major economies.
