On 13 May 2022, IKV Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Çiğdem Nas participated in the international conference titled "Economic Dimensions of Sustainability" jointly organised by the Turkish-German University (TAU) and DAAD. At the conference, Assoc. Prof. Nas gave a presentation on "The Effects of the European Green Deal on Turkey-EU Relations, Climate Diplomacy and the Private Sector". The conference was moderated by TAU Head of Economics Department Prof. Elif Nuroğlu. Other speakers of the conference were Turkey's Former Chief Climate Negotiator,  Ambassador (R) Mithat Rende, Wuppertal Climate, Environment and Energy Institute Director Prof. Stefan Lechtenböhmer and Martin Luther University Faculty Member Prof. Martin Klein.
