IKV Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Çiğdem Nas attended the 8^th meeting of the Berlin Bosphorus Initiative (BBI) Advisory Board held online on 16 December 2021. During the meeting, the post-Merkel period and the new coalition government in Germany, expectations for relations with Turkey, and the effects of the European Green Deal were discussed. Indicating that in the coming period climate and the Green Deal will come to the fore in the relations between Germany and Turkey, IKV Secretary General Nas emphasized that the green transformation also offered an important opportunity to advance the cooperation between the two countries.
