The brief note titled “The EU as a Digital Leader: EUs Digital Transformation Perspective and Digital Union” (in Turkish) written by IKV Junior Researcher Sema Yeniyıldız was published by IKV Brief series. 

In the brief note, the conceptual framework and the benefits of digital transformation are explained in detail. The perspective and actions of the EU, which aspires to assume global leadership in this field and determines its actions in accordance with this goal, are examined. In addition, the steps taken and the strategies adopted by Turkey towards digitalisation are analysed.
