IKV Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Çiğdem Nas attended the "Sustainable Food Summit" on 19 October 2021. Attending the session titled "European Green Deal Action Plan and Sustainable Agriculture" of the 7th Sustainable Food Summit, which was held online on 19-21  October in cooperation with the Sustainability Academy and TÜGİS, Assoc. Prof. Nas discussed some of the novelties that will be brought by the transformation in agriculture within the scope of the European Green Deal and the “Farm to Fork” Strategy. The other speaker of the panel, which was moderated by Boğaziçi University Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Sevil Acar, was Head of Soil and Water Resources Research Department at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Dr. Bülent Sönmez.
