IKV Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Çiğdem Nas participated in the SME workshop titled “New Era in the Turkey-EU Economic Relations: E-Commerce” organised by Kuşadası Chamber of Commerce within the framework of the Turkey-EU Business Dialogue Project on 8 September 2021. In her presentation titled “E-Commerce in Turkey, EU and the World”, IKV Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Nas noted that the significance of cross-border e-commerce has substantially increased with digitalisation and talked about the recent developments regarding e-commerce in Turkey, EU and the world.

President of the Assembly of Kuşadası Chamber of Commerce Bülent İlbahar gave the opening speech in the workshop and TOBB-Turkey-EU Business Dialogue Representative Burcu Atılgan provided information about the project. Other speakers included Dokuz Eylül University Faculty Member and TOBB Woman Entrepreneurs Member Prof. Gülüzar Kurt Gümüş and Dinçer Başdemir from Argevitas.
