IKV Chairman Ayhan Zeytinoğlu attended the TOBB European Green Deal Working Group Meeting on 3 June 2021. Chairing the meeting in his capacity as TOBB Vice President, IKV Chairman Zeytinoğlu underlined the importance of the European Green Deal. He indicated that the implications of the Green Deal for Turkey as a candidate country and a Customs Union partner are clear, and that this situation requires a significant harmonization effort. The meeting was also attended by presidents of certain Chambers and Commodity Exchanges under TOBB, TOBB officials, TEPAV Area Studies Program Director Prof. Güven Sak, researchers from TEPAV while IKV Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Çiğdem Nas and TOBB and IKV Brussels Representative Haluk Nuray participated in the meeting on behalf of IKV.
