IKV organised an online seminar regarding international tax cooperation and its implications for Turkey-EU relations on 26 May 2021.
During the webinar, moderated by IKV Deputy Secretary General M. Gökhan Kilit, IKV Chairman and TOBB Vice President Ayhan Zeytinoğlu delivered an opening speech.
While one of the two speakers of the webinar Prof. Leyla Ateş, Altınbaş University Law Faculty Dean, gave a presentation on the international scope of automated information exchange and tax cooperation, the second speaker Haluk Nuray, IKV and TOBB Brussels Representative examined tax cooperation between Turkey and the EU. Following the presentations, IKV Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Çiğdem Nas assessed the latest developments regarding Turkey-EU relations in her closing remarks. The online seminar was completed with a Q&A session.
