On 19 January, IKV Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Çiğdem Nas was a guest at Tülin Daloğlu’s program on KRT TV. Touching upon statements that Turkey sees its future in Europe, increasing diplomatic traffic between Turkey and the EU, the resumption of exploratory talks between Turkey and Greece as well as Biden’s inauguration as US President, IKV Secretary General Nas expressed her views on the future of Turkey-EU relations. Referring to the loss of confidence in the relations, IKV Secretary General Nas indicated that intensifying diplomatic contacts and focusing on areas of cooperation could contribute to restoring confidence.
