A new policy brief titled “EU-Turkey Relations After the Council Summit: A Chance for Reengagement or Facing A Complete Breakdown?” and jointly prepared by IKV, Istanbul Policy Center (IPC) and the Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey (TEPAV) was published.
