The new IKV brief note entitled “Evolution of EU Migration Policies and the Pact on Migration and Asylum” (in Turkish) prepared by IKV Junior Researcher Tunç İbrahim Ceylan was published in May 2025. The brief aims to address the the Pact on Migration and Asylum in detail through evaluating the historical background of the EU's common migration and asylum policies.
