On 14 December 2018, IKV Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Çiğdem Nas visited Brussels to participate in the final meeting of the Track II Diplomacy Working Group under the “Revitalizing Turkey-EU-Germany Relations” Project funded by the Istanbul Policy Center-Sabancı University-Stiftung Mercator Initiative. During the meeting, which took place at the European Parliament, leading scholars, academics and representatives of EU institutions held an in-depth discussion on the future of Europe and differentiated integration, the viability of the EU’s conditionality toolkit and the future of Turkey-EU relations. IKV Brussels Representative Haluk Nuray and Senior Researcher Yeliz Şahin also attended the meeting.
