On 14 December 2018, IKV Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Çiğdem Nas, IKV’s Brussels Representative Haluk Nuray and Senior Researcher Yeliz Şahin came together with European Commission’s Head of Turkey Unit, Bernard Brunet in Brussels. During the meeting, in which Turkey-EU relations, visa liberalisation and the modernisation of the Customs Union were discussed, the parties exchanged views on the new generation Turkey Report which is set to be announced by the EC between April-June 2019 and the results of upcoming EP elections.
