The White Paper on the Future of Europe, released by the European Commission on 1 March 2017, sets out five possible scenarios for the EU which will proceed on its way with 27 Member States after Britain's decision to leave the Union. In the White Paper, the impacts of the scenarios on the main policy areas of the EU are evaluated by their pros and cons.
