IKV EU Information Centre brought children together at a theatre play entitled “Lokum against Teknomen” which was held in Istanbul on 29 December 2016. The event which was co-organised by Doğu Schools and Bahçeşehir Schools narrated the EU countries with fairy tales heroes to children.

This represented IKV EU Information Centre’s 16^th event of the year. In that context, children were taken to a journey into EU countries with a variety of different fairy tales. In the play where environmental awareness, solidarity and EU policies were highlighted, there were accounts of well-known important fairy tale heroes and writers from EU countries. Following the end of the play, the children were presented a fairy tale book from the Lokum series.
