We condemn in the strongest terms the terrorist attack which targeted and killed Russia’s Ambassador to Turkey H.E. Andrey Karlov and extend our deepest condolences to the Russian people.

Reminding that nothing can condone acts of terror and violence, we call once more the international community to unite against terrorism
