Haluk Ceyhan who served as IKV Secretary General between 1984 and 1993 passed away. He had worked at the State Planning Organisation and held important positions as General Director of the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works and General Director of Istanbul Porcelain Factory. He had an invaluable contribution to Turkey-EU relations.
