The applications for the 2015-2016 academic year Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme have begun on the 26^th January 2015. The application deadline is on the 6^th March 2015. A total of 210 scholarships will be granted for the 2015-2016 academic year. Personnel from public sector (including professional organisations that have legal public personality, local administration, chambers, development agencies, etc.), private sector (NGOs, companies, etc.), civil society organisations and academia as well as students (including master and PhD pupils) are entitled to apply for the scholarship. The main aim of the Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme (JMSP) is to increase the number of professionals in EU affairs in Turkey and to further improve Turkey’s administrative structure in order to contribute to its alignment with the implementation of the EU acquis.

It is of utmost importance to read carefully the announcement since there are major amendments for the 2015-2016 academic year regarding the application criteria.
