Marmara University European Union Institute organized a Graduate Student Conference on 3-4 December 2015. IKV Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Çiğdem Nas moderated the session titled “Public Administration in EU Member States and Candidate Countries” on the first day of the Conference. Panel participants gave presentations on the membership criteria for Turkey and the Western Balkans, EU and Cyprus issue, Turkey-Greece relations and policies of Turkey towards Balkans.
