The third meeting of the Local Schengen Cooperation Visa Information for Business World took place on the 27^th November 2014 in Eskişehir under the cooperation of TOBB and the Delegation of the European Union in Turkey and was hosted by Eskişehir Chamber of Industry.

President of the Assembly of Eskişehir Chamber of Industry (ESO) İsmail Kunduracı, ESO Chairman Savaş M. Özaydemir, Consul Kersti Kasak from the Embassy of Estonia, Zsuzsanna Palmai from the Consulate General of Hungary in Istanbul, Ana Luisa Riquitoi Head of the Visa Department of the Embassy of Portugal Ana Luisa Riquitoi, Silvia Tosi from the Embassy of Italy, Jörg Dieter Köstinger from the Delegation of the European Union in Turkey, IKV Deputy Secretary General and Research Director Melih Özsöz and industrialists participated in the meeting.

The opening speeches at the meeting were made by ESO Chairman Savaş M. Özaydemir and Consul General of Italy in Ankara Silvia Tosi. Following the opening remarks, the Head of the Visa Department of the Embassy of Portugal Ana Luisa Riquitoi, Silvia Tosi from the Embassy of Italy, Jörg Dieter Köstinger from the Delegation of the European Union in Turkey and IKV Deputy Secretary General and Research Director Melih Özsöz gave detailed information to businessmen about the visa issue. IKV Deputy Secretary General and Research Director Melih Özsöz made a presentation on the “Schengen Visa Code Implementation in Turkey from the perspective of EU Member States” and Jörg Dieter Köstinger from the Delegation of the European Union in Turkey presented the “Latest situation on Readmission Agreement and Visa Liberalisation Dialogue”.
