The third and last Local Schengen Cooperation Visa Information for Business World meeting hosted by Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry was held in Bursa on the 23 September 2014. This meeting was organized with the TOBB and Delegation of EU to Turkey. The opening speech of the meeting was given by the Board Member of Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry İlker Duran and the Consul General of Italy in Istanbul Giulia Prati. Following the opening speech, the Consul General of Finland in Turkey, Tarja Parkkinen, representative of Delegation of EU to Turkey Jörg Dieter Köstinger, and IKV Deputy Secretary General and Research Director Melih Özsöz informed the businessmen on the recent developments related to the Schengen visa. IKV Deputy Secretary General Melih Özsöz and representative of Delegation of EU to Turkey Jörg Dieter Köstinger gave presentations on “the Implementation of Schengen Visa Code in Turkey from the Perspective of EU Member States” and “the Latest Developments on the Readmission Agreement and Visa Liberalization Dialogue”.
