IKV Delegation led by IKV Chairman Ömer Cihad Vardan and composed of IKV Member of the Executive Board Responsible for Accounts Mehmet Nuri Görenoğlu, IKV Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Çiğdem Nas and IKV Deputy Secretary General Melih Özsöz visited the Secretary General of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Dr. Hayri Baraçlı, who took the office on the 20th August 2014.

IKV Chairman Vardan congratulated Dr. Baraçlı on his new appointment.  He then gave detailed information on the activities carried out by IKV and the foreseen projects within IKV’s 2014-2015 work program. With this framework, IKV Chairman Vardan expressed his wish to enhance further cooperation with the EU Coordination unit of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. 

During this meeting, IKV Chairman Vardan and Secretary General of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Dr. Hayri Baraçlı exchange views on possible future common projects especially within IKV’s celebration of its 50th anniversary.
